The State of Nevada requires all corporations to have a Resident Agent, with an actual physical address. P.O. Box addresses are not valid for Nevada Resident Agents. You have to pay the state every time your Resident Agent or Registered Offices changes or moves - make sure you get someone dependable - Get NCR!
